this MD5-thing is a good idea an might be an alternative to my date-hacking (http://openkapow.com/forums/thread/16013.aspx).

But without a GUI-Tag it does solve my current problem since I want to use the RSS-Feed directly in my reader without further parsing.
 

About the GUID-Tag: Yes, very often it is the URL since most Blogs etc have their ID in the URL. But its important that the tag also allows to be used with an ID/Number only -- as long as it is unique. Would be great to have it in a further model-release.
