When loading this page in RoboMaker, non ascii characters are garbled. 
I tried custom options Language: French (fr), but the page still show some garbled characters.

The pages opens without this error in IE7 and Opera 9.25.

What setting should I change to get the page displayed correctly?

When I select some text, is there a filter to correct those garbled characters?

For example:  légumes -> (filter) -> légumes

I tried URL decode, Ampersand Decode, but it does not correct the garbled characters.
