I just recently started using openkapow and for me as a non-coder this really is a revolution! I'm really loving it...

What I want to do now is:

Create 1 robot which crawls multiple sites and outputs each of them in a single RSS-Feed.

Is there a way to do it in 1 robot or do I have to copy and paste???

Yes, this may be accomplished in one robot with multiple branches. Please refer to http://openkapow.com/files/folders/news/entry8739.aspx for an aggregate robot which I just posted (modification of robot posted by Andreas) that aggregates three different sites into an RSS feed.

With respect to copy/paste, note that you can download robots posted by others, or create new robots, and then copy/paste steps needed from each into a composite robot.

I know I can have multiple sites running into my RSS-Output, but what I want to do is:

Is this possible? Or do I have to copy and paste the robot to get a new RSS-Feed-URL?

Sorry for getting you wrong here. Unfortunately each openkapow robot, unlike an enterprise version robot, is limited to one output object. In this case, you'll need to copy/paste and build separate robots for each RSS feed.

I'm trying to do something similar to this - aggregating several (about 7) RSS feeds into a single feed showing the latest posts (regardless of which feed they are from).

The link on your post doesn't work and I can't find any other robots out there which do it.  Could you please re-post the example or talk me through how to do it?

This threat is about a year (!) old. I suggest to use Yahoo Pipes for this kind of jobs.
